About the Role
As a UX Designer you will shape how people experience our clients' products and our own platforms.
You will turn research and business goals into intuitive, accessible designs, working closely with product managers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Run user research, interviews and usability tests to understand user needs
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Make sure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Work with developers to deliver designs accurately and iterate on feedback
- Present design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX or product design experience
- A strong portfolio showing your process and outcomes
- Expert skills in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of user-centred design, information architecture and interaction design
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are built is a plus
- Experience designing enterprise or B2B applications preferred
