About the Role
As an AI/ML Engineer you will build and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions that solve real business problems for our clients.
You will take models from experiment to production, working with data engineers, product teams and client domain experts.
Responsibilities
- Build, train and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models
- Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation and agents
- Prepare, clean and engineer features from structured and unstructured data
- Deploy models to production with MLOps practices for monitoring and retraining
- Measure model quality, bias and performance against business goals
- Document solutions and share knowledge with the wider engineering team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying ML models
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings or vector databases
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker or Azure ML)
- Solid understanding of statistics and model evaluation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
